Lessons Learned by Me!
These folks are used by companies promoting no interest loan payments. I got two of these loans and at first I screwed up in not keeping track of which loan had the shorter payment period. Well after figuring out too late that one had expired, I called them and made payment arrangements over the phone to payoff the late one and continue making monthly payments on the one with time remaining.

Well on my nexted bill there was interest and finance charges and the total was not correct. Of course they do not clearly provide a phone number on their bill for you to call and dispute any problems. I called the number on the bill for privacy info and forced the system to put me through to the operator.

What she told me was that no matter what the last person said, they cannot adjust the payments until the money gets to them. THEIR OWN COMPUTER SYSTEM IS TO PATHETIC TO MAKE NOTES ON AT THE TIME THAT YOU TALK TO THEM! So when my money arrived they applied it to the promotion that was still running and of course that would leave me making high interest payments on the old expired one. Of course this works totally and only in their interest.

I will say that when I talked to them they changed the payments around but because of the time from the last arrangement, I still now owe an additional $30.00! Slight of hand?! Snake Oil!? Yes I have to watch these guys like a hawk, and if I ever see a promotion like this, and they are the loan company, I won't bother in the future!
