I purchased some ceramic tiles from Carpet Designs located in Hosuton, Texas at the time on September 29,2006. I was later called by one the employees advising me that I was being ripped off and that I should cancel my sale with the company immediately.

I called the store's owner, Yousef Alnaber, and told him that I wanted to cancel the sale of the ceramic tiles. That was on or before November 18, 2006. After several calls to the company's owner who refused to remove the charges from my card, I decided that the best possible resolution was from the credit card company since it had instructions on how to dispute charges. I also know that if you made any purchases that you are not satisfied with with your Mastercard, Visa, American Express, etc that they would immediately take action and cancel the sale for you, especially if you do not have the product as in my case.

Well, it was not like that with this company. I am now on my fourth certified letter to the company requesting that they remove those charges from the card. I have been getting the run around from customer service. Customer Service is the worst. Every time I send a letter, customer service keep telling me to not worry. Everything will be resolved in a few days. Next thing I know, the company writes back to me after 60 days or so to tell me that they cannot do anything for me- only the merchant can help me.

What happens when the merchant don't want to help you? What happens if the merchant is out of business? The merchant has since gone out of business so I do not know what will happen. I do know that I will not pay for what I do not have. That is $3488.00 worth of nothing. I want something done to this company.

Their customer service stinks. No one knows what is going on. They don't have the phone number for the dispute department. They don't have a corporate address or phone number. They are just hiding under alot of stuff which tells me that they are nothing but crooks. I have been on time with all of my payments. So they cannot hold that over my head. However, I need something done asap.

Please help me someone.
