GE Money Bank, Care Credit Lied to us, Unfairly overcharging its customers Orlando Florida

I applied for credit for dental work with Allcare Dental here in Rochester, NY. The credit was approved by Care Credit (GE Money Bank). Allcare told me my payments would be $45.00 a month to which I agreed. We weren't happy with the work Allcare had done so I contacted Care Credit and explained the situation to them. They told me I could dispute this and would NOT have to pay on this account until the dispute was settled, which is what I did over the phone and that was the end of the conversation.

After the dispute was settled, I notified Care Credit and they said I owed them $115.00 which I paid thinking this would put me current and my next bill would be back to $45.00. Not so! the next bill was for $68.00. I called them and was told the $45.00 was a promotional rate and because I was late making the payment the promotion was off and my new rate was $68.00. When I tried to explain about the dispute I was told they never received a dispute form from me. I informed them I was never told about the form nor did they ever send one. They then said "well thats the way it goes, sorry about that." I have since told them I'm disputing it again and to send me the form and that I was going to contact the Attorney General about this. So far I have not received anything from Care Credit.

I am interested in having any other unsatisfied customers of care credit contact me by email in regards to a possible class action lawsuit against Care Credit GE Money bank.
