I am looking for interested parties that would entertain a class action suit against GE Money Bank/Care Credit for fraudulent charges and misposting of information to credit agencies. If you look at your Page 2 report. and if you had any delinquency during a month or two. they say that your payment has been past due for more than a month and your fixed payment plan has been terminated. I think this is part of their scam but won't elaborate at this time. If there is no warning or if you speak on the phone to a rep in an emergency crisis and schedule a payment I would think that information should be posted and counted and if you are delinquent for 2 months or 3 I would think that you would be a candidate to be thrown to a collection agency but if you miss ONLY one month and are thrown to the lions there is someone or an agency, perhaps a collection agency, getting a kickback!

There is something that smells very badly here and I am ready to go for the class action suit if I can get anyone interested. Please email me if you are. This is just plain wrong! Being a good citizen and paying my obligations, having served in the military and being a good payer I should not be treated this way and to have to answer to some scumbag collection agency that only cares about getting what is in it for them after having already explaining to Care Credit why that payment was made. then making a double payment. why did I bother? I have to ask myself what is wrong with America today.

There really are people out there that want to do right and meet their obligations and don't get any help and then there are people that seek out all the ways of scamming the government so they can get past it. I am one of the people that really does care about paying my bills and being on time but does it count for anything? Does time served in the military count for anything cause quite honestly I get nothing different for the time I donated to defend our country.

This one is a kicker to me. it angers me that even when you try to make things count and get ahead in this ever failing economy you still get kicked to the ground. Don't opt for Care Credit no matter how hard up you are! Gosh go to your local church or hold out a cup on the corner because you will pay 10xs the money when you are finished with their scam.
