GE Money Bank - Care Credit GE Money Bank - Care Credit VERY CONCERNING BUSINESS PRACTICES - Billing Charges Never Corrected, promotional offers removed, Added Fees Ripoff in Los Angeles, CAlifornia El Paso Texas

I called customer service 9 times to correct an error from 2006 which carried on till 2007 to reverse 7 late fees they accrue on my account even though payment s were made. The late fees did totaled $274 and I was told that if I just make the next payment the late fees would be reversed and the finance fees along with reinstatement of my deferred interest promotion would occur. The company did not follow through with their promises. I did make the payments but neither finance fees nor interest were reversed, nor the promotional offer balance was ever reinstated. In fact, it was terminated and all finance fees were being charged, along with the $274 of late fees and would be interest charged on my account. The customer service representative was cocky and proclaimed they are untouchable. She further stated that they have 11 million customers (and she said, "that's a lot" of customers) and if 100,000 customers are/is unhappy with the company that is a very good number they are willing to live with, consequently a good number to ignore. This company practices are deceitful and misleading and the company never intends to follows with their promotions and/or promises to correct what they have promised they will. They counteract each and every customer complaints with statements phone disconnection and misleading statements sucg as: "you failed to follow your contract, so you have to pay the fees," "Your promotion has been terminated." when in fact it was the GE Money Bank's-CareCredit's error. I think that in light of all the thousands of complaints on GE Monsy Bank a class action lawsuit should be initiated without delay.
