I was looking for a payday loan to help me with some bills.  I tried a lot of pay day loan sites and all they did was transfer me to another site.  These are now called Loan Brokers. They don't actually give you loans these days, they take your information and you start getting spam mail telling you to apply here or there and the cycle never ends.  On June 17th I started getting emails from a Dwayne Johnson andd Jack Dawson at GE Money Financing indicating that I was approved for a loan of $3000 with the terms being 24 months.  The email had a loan agreement attachment with a number to call.  I called the number, it was an indian guy and he said I would have to send one month's payment via Western Union or buy a Money Pak.  I hung up the phone immediately.  The minute someone tells you that you have to send a deposit either by Western Union or some other means hang up the phone.  Three years ago there was a big scandal involving Western Union where various fake companies lured people to send money to Canada via MoneyGram.  Moneygram has since been sued by the United States government and I am awaiting a refund of over $1200.00.

Now getting back to GE Money Services, this is a fraud.  If you read the loan agreement you would know immediately that it is a scam.  First of all the watermark says GE Money Financing.  If you read further you will see where it says "the content published in the mail is owned by Cash Priority Loan Servicing" and finally if you reead the signature it says "Cash Advance America - Pay Day Loan".  That's a lot of different company names floating around.  Also, if you notice the email these are coming from is somebody@gmail.com.  What real representative from a real company uses a gmail account?

I know there are times where we all have situations and need financial assistance, but please for your own financial sake and to save yourselves from getting deeper into debt, please check the email address it is coming from as well as reading the letter.  Don't just see the offer and call them and decide to send them your hard earned money.  You will never see a dime from them.  Don't give them your personal information like your banking information because they will try to withdraw money from your account.  If they are of foreign decent, hang up on them.  It's a scam.

I have been through this once with CedarBrook Finance which was one of these cells operating out of Florida three years ago.  Like I said I lost $1200.00 dollars that I couldn't afford to lose.  Don't send them any money!!!!
