Borrowed money from GE Money. Was shocked to find the APR of 28.99% on the bill. One year same as cash ends up costing us $1500 big ones! The company decided to open he letter containing their payoff amount 3 days after the 12 month payoff deadline. No help calling as customer service is based in India. I couldn't even talk to a person at GE money bank in the USA. It's actually impossible. I ended up paying the $1500 and closing the account.... all electronically. I don't buy GE products anymore.
