I moved my business here a year ago and I regret it completely.

They gave me a good rate for my business account which is why I switched to them. Previously I was enjoying my 20 year relationship with Wells Fargo but I switched since the dealership I bought my car from got me the loan with GECU. They seemed so nice at first but then recently I noticed the rates for my business account are through the roof. I'm guessing that was an introductory special to hook a business in. The girl that signed me up said it was going to be my rates and she didn't say anything about it going up. I went back to complain and she said those are the rates on my account now and offered no help. I asked why they didn't tell me first that it was going up and she couldn't tell me that.

I also went down to the Viscount branch and they were terrible. They seem to have a poor attitude to the members now and I didn't notice that when I signed up.

I feel they should give me back the fees that they took without me knowing first. They said no.

I have since closed my business account at GECU and I am much happier now that I am back with Wells Fargo. My husband is a realtor and is warning people about GECU and how they are increasing rates on members and then not returning them after the member told them twice they didn't know their rates were going up so high.

My husband even tried to talk to them and they wouldn't help because he isn't on my account. I'm on the account and I told them I didn't know about these new high rates I was going to have on my account and they wouldn't give me back my money to my balance.

I have a car with them and I am refinancing it with Wells Fargo too and I'm going to tell everybody to be careful dealing with Rudolph Chevrolet because they might finance the car through GECU. They have treated me so badly when I tried to talk with them professionally.

I was also told that I could use their drive they for business and thats one of the things I needed. She said no problem. I went last Saturday to the drive thru and say in my car in a huge long line and when I get up there they wouldn't help me. They so no businesses can use their drive thru. I pleaded if they could please do it this once and they said they weren't equipped to do business transactions. I know that wasn't true because they had done them before. Then the story was that if they make the exception for me that they'd have to make it for the next customer. I went home with my checks and had to go back Monday. Good thing a check going through didn't bounce or more fees.

I can't wait for my car to be out of this place too.
