Geek Squad Tech Support Best Buy Had a problem with our computor, called Geek Squad. had to purchase a contract good for a yera, cost $199.00. Afriend came over and was able to fix the problem, so I canceled the next day 5/13/2013. They never serviced our computor. They gave me a conformation # 117322928 when I canceled and told me it would be a week to 10 days before we get our credit. Its is now July 23, 2013 and no refund. I have called many times and they tell me it is being processed. Help me PLEASEEEEEEEEEEE. Internet

 We were having problems with our computor.  Our neighbor being neighborly told us about the Geek Squad. We call and they told us it was a $199.00 for a year for tech support.   Being a computor illiterate we agreed.  We gave them our credit  card on 5/12/2013. It just so happened that a friend came over that day who is excellent with computors, he played with it awhile and was able to fix the problem.  Sooo we didn't need the Geek Squad who as of yet done nothing.  I called the next day 5/13/13 to cancel.  They gave me a confirmation #117322928. As of today 7/23/2013 they have not credit back our card after numerious calls to no avail.  Can you Please help us?
