Geeksonsteroids.com Contract Breach, took money, and never delivered website (close to 6 months now) Colombia Nationwide

Be on high alert. This company claims it can do everything that you ask and take your money. They have taken $1,250 of my money through Paypal and have not delivered a thing in return. I have turned in a detailed description, page by page, of what my site will be comprised of and I knew it was a complex site. They have reviewed the specs and agreed to take on the project. I emailed them the contract and Gregg signed it and emailed it back to me.

The contract clearly stated 45 days for delivery. This was a time period set by them, not by me so that is why I'm holding them responsible.

After weeks, they finally told me that they could not use scripts that they had purchased for the site. Obviously, if they knew their stuff, they would have known from the get go but they don't so they are also not as competent as they make it seem.

They decided to take on a new route to code everything by hand, which I thought they were doing in the first place. I was patient so I gave them the benefit of the doubt and allowed them to proceed again from ground up. By that time, it had been two months or so.

They finally got one of my modules up on the site after another two months or so of work. After that, I think they figured that the site was too much for what they bargained for so they did not care to contact me again with plans or updates on how they were going to complete the site. No words from Janeth or the designers. If they can prove otherwise, I dare them to come here and debate me. I dare them to show me proof of their emails to me with strategic planning on how they were going to finish the next part of the site. Nothing. Nada!

I am going to go to paypal to try to dispute if that is not too late. In the meanwhile, don't do business with this company. They are not organized, have no plans for action and I am a living proof of what happened. 45 days turned into 6 months or so and I might have as well given $1,250 to charity it would have been worth more.
