well in oct of 06 i was a passenger in the back seat of my friends car. and this guy ran a red light. the sherriff showed up like 15 minutes later said he saw the whole thing and my friend was guilty. all the witness' that were at the light this guy ran said it was my friends fault. so i sued his insurance company. i went to a chiropractor and got a lawyer. now 3 years later my back pain is worse and still no word from geico on my insurance claim. my lower back is in extreme pain. i cant do normal jobs i would of been able to with a normal back. i need help. my lawyer isnt even doing me any good.

because ive been waiting for 3 years with extreme back pain who else am i gonna blame? i guess the longer you wait the more money you recieve. but im in so much pain im not gonna wait for anything. geico needs to settle with me for alot of money! im hurt understand? legitimently hurt. i wanna run you over going 50 + and see how you react and feel.

It sounds to me like you picked the wrong attorney. I know that's frustrating, but don't blame GEICO. Like any insurance company, we can't pay you a penny until the case is settled.

they owe me thousands for my claim. i have 2 different pain in 3 different parts of my back. this is my back were talking about!
