On July 31,2010 a NJ driver ran a stop sign at 45 mph hitting us ,disabling us ,465 Doctors appointments, surgeries, procedures etc.Geico has starved us out and has used its wealth to put us on public welfare making the tax payers foot the bill for their clients negligence.we are 4 plus years treating and every game they can play has happened, the binding insurance that should cover is a fraud, they are costing the public big money by not taking care of what they owe.It seems that a Goverment Insurance related company can cost you the public instead of paying their policies.

75 MPH impact

AUTHOR: fcr - ()

POSTED: Sunday, January 04, 2015

trying to explain sometimes loses some explination, the nj driver ran a stop sign at 45,we were traveling at a speed of 30,they hit us at a angled head on this impact was about 75mph,we have the witnesses to the fact, all offers have left us with the bills, there is corruption in this case that leads all back to geico ,many have commited suboring perjury, we have proof ,our first attorney was instructed to throw the case ,the board will be handeling that ,the DME did knowing lie for employment, which underminds our very laws of justice,DPW is now digging through 470 appointments because the first attorney closed the lien back in 2011 to distort the facts of severity and debt as a result of the accident ,so two people are disabled for life ,we have all records to prove no pre exsisting and the fact of little past medical history because we were so healthy, they are just trying to starve us out ,our life is now mostly house and bed bound with no relief of pain and now the government is taking away any pain relief i do get by new regs on pain pills, fact that most OTC meds do not help and because of issues that meds have caused i can't take any thing that causes bleeding, bottom line we are between a rock and a hard place and the courts are our only answer, and if we have to federal court.

legal lies

we couldn't understand how our accident that was a NJ drivers fault could take so long to settle ,well it seems that the defence medical doctor did knowingly lie on the entire report ,and then filed it with the courts, however we can prove all claims that he said to be his lie ,under the direction of someone ,most likely the insurance company that hired him ,now if anyone else lied to the court as bad as this doctor did you would be in jail,we will win this case but at every cost to our lives, and we are persuing the false report with the state courts, lets see if they have the same laws?

We were in a severe accident in 2010,knowone from geico wants to pay the bills, this forced us onto public welfare and SSI,so the bottom line is you the tax payers pay the bill while the insurance co. fill their pockets, now how connected is the government employees insurance company to the SSI,welfare and so on ,we have been ripoff by all the above ,the SSI keeps coming up with excuses for not paying what we need to survive, welfare just cut our food down again to 259.00 a month for a family of 3 ,our child is 8 and we are disabled ,the insurance companies in this case are bullying the taxpayers so they have their 25 billion dollar company, and we have to live on nothing. They are abusing there insurance position in government by making goernment harrass the people trying to survive,I have tried to contact whashington they don't want to hear about it ,so the hundereds of thousands already spent of tax money and their reply is let the system pay for it,when we contacted welfare to get the bills so we could pay the state when we make geico pay, they were not happy about going through the bills and to this day have not come up with an amount,Government Employees Insurance company, how connected is it to your justice?

75 MPH impact

Your complaint starts with a 45 mph impact, not 75.  You haven't provided enough information to figure out what you are complaining about. Insurance companies just don't hand you a pile of money when you are in an accident.

I appears that you reside in Pennsylvania. Both Pennsylvania and New Jersey are No Fault states and both require that coverage. That coverage should take care of your medical bills. In Pannsylvania, no fault coverage can be as high as $1 Million, depending on your choice of coverage. It can also be as little as $5,000.  New Jersey I beleive is $250,000 with some other assorted choices.

I can try to help you if I know exactly what your complaints are.
