Gena Monroy Rollins - South Coast Children's Center dishonest does not pay bills does not pay staff cited by the state overcharges agencies that pay childcare costs for parents Costa Mesa California

Gena Monroy (Rollins) owner of South Coast Children's Center Inc. is in the process of selling the daycare and is in escrow. I am the current Director at South During the short time I have been there and hearing complaints from parents, staff, I have discovered that she has ran an illegal business by breaking laws. First she takes all the money I receive none of it for operating expenses.

Second she does not pay the bills or payroll taxes she owes. Third she has been charging agencies that pay child care expenses for parents writing on the invoices and reports and submittng them as if each child were there all the time. The sign in and out sheets show children absent. Agencies only pay for the days the children are present. Fourth, out last paycheck we have not received yet and the next one is approaching this coming week. She says she has no funds to pay us however that is not true , she has another job at a Nordstoms as a Manager of Cosmetics. I do not want to have any more money in her account, because Gena will spend it all the money that comes in from agencies, for May and June need to go to myself and the staff, the utilities, the State of California for civil penalties, payroll taxes, and
any one else she owes. Please someone come help me and my staff.
