Genco ATC Genco is a ripoff company..They put you on a effency program that will get you fired. Internet

Genco ATC/Unileaver is a third party logistics company that uses forklifts to move and load and unload

trailers. Everyday when you report to work the time you clock in on your forklift monitor you are being graded (LMS) on how well you can move pallets in the staging lanes, how fast you can load and unload trailers without making very little errors.

you are required to have a 75% LMS rate per month. You have 2-3 months to get your numbers up if not, you are fired. If you make so many errors within a month you are fired.

also I was employed with the temp agency from march 2011 to aug 2011.I was hired on with Genco on Aug 2011. We had a Genco meeting in Sept 2011 that is with all employees over the wellness program. I was suppose to sign paperwork from march 2011 to Sept 2011, one for each month.

This is falsely signing documents to cover Genco ATC from the Audit they were going to have in Sept 2011.

To sum it up if you work for Genco ATC you will be either on a forklift or on a pallet jack casepicking. Anytime you are not scanning the LPN on the pallet you are being graded on how fast you can move freight in the warehouse. If your numbers are down within so many months or you get so many errors within so many months you are fired. Its unfair labor practices.

Somewhere along the line.  The human factor was replaced by greed.  This created companies that want employees to do everything while leadership sits back and watch.  If you decide to go in business you must recognize your responsibilities and provide all opportunities for success or you will lose.

What's unfair about that ?  If you can't meet the quota, you shouldn't be on the job.  That's normal operating practice in any company.  Why would a company want to keep someone who can't do the job ??  That would be self defeating.  Now, quit whining, get off your duff and go do a job for which you are better suited.
