Gene Gonccetti the owner of Aqua Mechanics Corporation very nice and agreeable until you sign a contract with him and then his true personality appears, aggressive and threatening. Before you sign a contract with him have your attorney review it because Mr. Conccetti will double charge you for items that were already included in the contract.
I am extremely disappointed with the repairs done by Mr. Conccetti. The workmanship is shoddy and his warranty is good only until he gets paid, then you will not hear from him again.
I feel that I was victimized by him because he took my money and he did not do the repairs correctly.
I will not recommend Gene Gonccetti the owner of Aqua Mechanics Corporation to do any pool repairs for anyone, he is not a man that honors his contracts or keeps his promises.
