Why does Eddie Petrossian Change his name to Eddie Peterson if this is not true??

Eddie, whatever your name is, you are still a crook, a scam artist, a fraudster and have been convicted of this. It is all over the internet R. Petrossian or Peterson whoever you really are????

The truth is once you file a statement of defence they can't proceed any further with court documents because they don't have proof of the allege debt.  When the debts are sold they sell hundreds at a time they don't provide too much information on them they usually only provide the debtors personal information, account numbers and the amount owing that's it there is no sign documents usually and no accounting information.  The only way General Credit can win is if you don't file a statement of defence, they would win by default even if they go to court they would have to provide documents and they don't have them.

Avoid talking to them tell them to take you to court and when they serve you with papers file a statement of defence.

Once they file court papers General Credit Services isn't suppose to contact you anymore since the matter is going to court if they do file a complaint against them.  They are working on behalf of a debt buyer there name isn't usually on court docs so they should not be calling you, this is the problem with General Credit they keep breaking the rules and nothing is ever done about it.

I am Eddie Petrossian, and live in Vancouver BC Canada. I have been employed on and off in the Credit & Collections industry for over 15 years now. It is only become apparent that most DEBTORS-that owe money have begun to lash out and make their debts a personal matter against me, a collection agent doing my job. Instead of taking care of their financial obligations and debts, they rather divert their problems to others by lambasting and defaming people, like they have done me in this report. All allegations and accusations are personal attacks which are directed only to scare me. These debtors have bigger issues then me, they have personal problems which they blame others for.

This is a Scam artist at work. Always blaming other people when he has been fined $30,000.00 for Mail Fraud. He can say whatever he wants, but the truth is, his record and payment of fine tells the truth who is the scammer here. 

Do not beleve a word that comes out of this man's mouth. Do not believe General Credit Services either as they buy a debt which is written off by the original debtor so you no longer owe that money unless General Credit Services gets a Judgement against you.

These people are scums of the earth and prey on victims of circumstances out of their control. They then harrass you, threaten you all the while you OWE THEM NOTHING!!!

Avoid being served by them and if you ever go to court, they will have to provide ALL documentation from the original creditor regarding your debt.

Eddie Petrosian is a dumb moron and that is why he is only capable of this type of job. And he ran for politics??????? 

The allegations are being made by a DEBTOR who owed money and was sued and is upset at himself for not being able to defend himself in a timely manner when sued in Small Claims Court. Rather then dealing with the debt issue at hande this person has become personal and has attacked my character and integrity, making this a personal matter rather than a business matter which he failed to conduct properly. All legal matters are public and available for review by the Court and as Judge after Judge has indicated monies owed by this person are due and payable and a trial conference has been set to allow for mediated resolution between the defendant and claimant in this matter. I am the collection agent being dragged into the mess by way of personal attacks and attempt to corrupt the truth and facts. All allegations against me, Eddie Petrossian are unfounded and are solely directed to discret me as an employee of GCSI.  

Can you provide a little more info, please share because they told me before that they would file a complaint against me without me being in court and that I wouldn't have to be there if they do there will be hell to pay but I would like to know if you were able to get their court case against you overturned.
