General Motors Acceptance Corporation ripoff on monthly payments by posting them as late Baltimore Maryland

I purchased a vehicle in July 2002 and it was financed by GMAC. Big Mistake. I have paid over the amount of what my car payment is supposed to be from August to January. That is when the problems started.

My payments are 332.54 a month. I have paid every month 352.54- 370.00 per month on time. Yet every month that I have had the vehicle I have received late payments in the mail. I should be a month ahead because I started paying my bill in July instead of August to keep it up to date. Every month I have also received threats to repossess my car. How can this be. GMAC swears its true.

I recently called to find out what was going on with my payments. The guy I was speaking to refused to give his name, refused to let me speak to a supervisor, and told me I should pay my payments on time and I wouldn't have to worry about it. When I told him about getting the late fees in the mail every month he told me I was lying. When I said I should be a month ahead, he told me I was not. When I inquired about paying over the monthly amount he told me I was not. That I was paying the amount every month that was contracted in the agreement. Then he called me trash, told me to pay my payments on time, and hung up on me.

I called the company back to find out who I was speaking with wouldn't you know there is no evidence that I called. This company is the worst company I have ever dealt with. I have on my credit report that I have 4 late payments through GMAC. What kind of country is this to let companies screw ball their consumers out of money. Nobody cares about the consumers when it comes to matters like this. The best answers you will get is that is a bunch of sorry about your luck.

America wonders why other countries are better than they are economically. Who wants to buy from the United States and go through all this hassle when you can buy from foreign industries and know you will get what you paid for without the hassle.

If the consumer was owed money by a corporation or company there is nothing you can do about is unless you want to fork out thousands of dollars in legal fees. But if you owe a corporation of company money WATCH OUT because they have you by the back of your neck. They can take what you have, screw up your credit report so no one will loan you anything, and then where are you left----out to dry. They are ruining peoples lives everyday and there is nothing we can do about it. Your declaration of live, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness is only good for the rich. That is why they say the poor get poorer and the rich get richer.
