General Radiator Deceptive patterns in business Chicago Illinois

 Three years ago I bought a radiator from General. Thirty days later it starts to leak. I called Jim, he sends this magic fairy dust to add to it. Slowed it down and stopped after I added stop leak to it. Traded truck for a Western Star in 2011. Had the radiator and CAC leaking. Called General and ordered both. Again 30 days later a leak in the cooling tubes where they go into the tank. Again I get the Magic Fairy dust to add to it (with some stop leak) and it holds for 1.5 years. Now I am leaking again, I have to pay 500 for a new core plus shipping. Also while changing radiator I notice the CAC is cracked on the top header. Get them both in and the radiator starts leaking right away. Went through 6 gallons of water in a 24 hour period. And what do you know, cannot get Jim to return a phone call now. I replaced the radiator at Freightliner.
