General Revenue Corp/Katherine Gibbs Fradulent Credit Reporting Cinnicinati Ohio

In the begining of 2007 I signed to go to this school by the Name of Katherine Gibbs. After only a week or two of "classes" I decided it wasn't for me as it was disorganized, the teachers barely showed up, there was barely any material to work from, and was noisy during classes. I chose to withdraw/be discharged from the school and signed all the appropriate paper work and was told since I was being discharged from the school before the "cut off" period I wouldn't be charged for any tuiton. Well here it is 6 years later and I get an alert saying a new collection was added to my CR's. I see GENERAL REVENUE CORP on all 3 of my reports with a collection amount of $3,129.52. Puzzled I reserached them and saw that they are in reference to educational loans but was still confused as I am a current student and all of my student loans are in good standing (AES, Sallie Mae, etc). After further research I see the Original Creditor is Katherine Gibbs School. This was a shock to me as I have NEVER received any noticed saying I owed anything towards this debt withint the past 6 years so of course I wasn't expecting this. I disputed the entry with the CRA's and it was removed from one but on another it says the info was updated. I also received a letter from them stating that they received noticed of my identity theft report and wanted proof of a police report and copy of my ID or else they will continue trying to report. I NEVER listed identity theft as my reason for disputing so I don't know where they got that from. Unfortunately due to an abrupt move so I do not have my paper work I can not contact the school because they closed down in 2009! How can they even validate this so called debt!? This had effected my score as I was in the process of trying to obtain a mortgage and now I won't qualify. The CRA's list that the so called debt is scheduled to fall off 5/2014 but the damage is already done.
