Genesis Auto Parts (GenesisAutoParts.com) is nothing but a scam artist. Please NEVER order from this Torrance, California based company. They will RIP YOU OFF I promise, almost no one speaks english when you get on the phone with them for starters.

They make constant excuses for evertyhing, they sell total crap stuff and I had a defective radiator go out which was 100% covered by manufactured warranty. (they told me that on the phone as well as what the manufactur - Silla).
 
A Genesis Auto Parts employee told me I could ship the defective radiator back to them and then they would send me a new radiator, but I couldn't wait since it was costing me $50+ a day to rent a car when my vehicle was 100% undriveable. 

So like an idiot I bought the radiator for a second time and they said once we get your tracking number (YOU have to pay all the shipping of the part back at your expense) they will refund me my money.

I emailed Genesis Auto Parts both my invoices and the tracking number, it's now almost three freaking weeks later and NO refund. Now there playing dumb and they got the part I returned two weeks ago tomorrow, I had to send it with tracking number so I now when it was delivered.

WORST AUTO PARTS COMPANY ON THE INTERNET!

I am in the process of charging back my credit card back, and I have filed a report against them with the Torrance, CA BBB and there State's attorney's office. As well as filing a small claims court case against them in Travis County, TX.

Whatever you do, DO NOT EVER buy anything from these liars and scammers. Read all the negative reviews about them all over the internet.
