We paid Genesis Consulting first an amount of $1995.00 on November 17th
2010. This amount was for a sub domain name, Amazon ID, access to their
training tools - videos etc, 8 months live one-on-one training in affiliate marketing, search
engine blasts and 15,000 visitors to our website in 18 months.

After a couple of months they were very impressed with our website but
visitors were few and the training was not what I would consider alot
for the amount of money paid - once every 2-3 weeks for about 15-20
minutes per session.

On March 8th 2011 we paid two extra amounts
to Genesis for their high profit and ebay super seller and global
seller, which we were told we had been selected because of how well we
were progressing. When we asked why there were no sales yet, we were told that these high profit schemes would have us making huge amounts of money in as soon as a week or two. [continued below]....
..... The two amounts we paid were $3,995.00 and $2,495.00 and included 40,000 visitors to our website and another 5,000 visitors respectively, within 12 months.

This was "sold" to us by Jason Brendsel and
Patricia Fields who were adamant that we would be making alot of money
in a very short time. I gave up my job in March to pursue this full
time, while my wife continued with her usual job.

It was 3 weeks later before Genesis made another training appointment after several requests.
Now we are almost 12 months with Genesis Consulting and 7 months on their High Profit, Ebay Superseller and Gobal Seller schemes, with a total now of 3,900 visitors and not one sale.

The one consistency with Genesis Consulting Group is their poor response. Mostly for
us it has been no response. For example I contacted them on September
30th 2011, asking for more drop shippers ( the drop shippers they
supplied me were mostly not relevant for our web site). The customer
service replied within 2 days asking me to call by phone. I did this and
was told that someone would contact me - no one did.

I first asked them to fix a bug on their website template on June 11th 2011, and
to this day on one has addressed it. Our trainer Jermicka even argued
with me over the phone that this could not be fixed.

We emailed Jason Brendsel, detailing all these shortfalls and the simple fact that
for all their promotion and constant "your website looks great"
comments, and being told how well we are doing - we have not made one
sale in 11 months, and the way the visitors are dribbling through we
will not make the 15,000 visitors by May 2012, or the extra 45,000
visitors by March 2012. We asked for a refund but Jason did not even
have the courtesy to reply.

Now we are a total of $8,756.50 down the tube, not to mention six months loss of income for taking this on full time at Jason Brendsel and Patricia Fields encouragement of making
"alot of money". Up until now they have also been charging us
$29.95/month web hosting fees. I have asked numerous times about the
shortfall of traffic and that no sales had been made - which no one
would address, including Jason Brendsel from our last email to him three weeks

We don't live in the US, but surely there is some way to
make them accountable for promising great things, taking our money then
not delivering?

I joined up with Genesis Consulting in April of this year for $1995.00 and I have been having the same issues with them. The money I initially paid in was to get me started and with the visitors and the search engine blasts, I was SUPPOSED to make that money back in no time. I havent seen anything from them. Im showing on my page that I have had visitors on my site but no sales???

I tried explaining that I would only upgrade to their high profit sellers if I started to see a return on my investment. However, my coach Sean, insisted that I would really start seeing the money flowing if I did upgrade to their high profile sellers like eBay. I finally caved and paid the $4995 to do this. My visitor count got close to 3,000 by September but still no sales.

Im a senior citizen and I have really used a lot of my savings to work with Genesis and it has turned out to be one of the worst experiences I have ever encountered. I have called Sean several times to see maybe if I had done something wrong in setting up the site or maybe there was some sort of glitch? I always seem to get his voicemail. I have tried to just call customer service and just bypass talking to Sean, maybe someone else will be able to answer my questions. However, I am either told that only Sean will be able to assist me or I get hung up on. What is going on? Who does business like this?

I called again to speak to someone about getting my money refunded and I was told that the only way I could cancel was if I bought out the rest of my contract for an additional $4,700, which I did not do. So right now Im stuck with paying a monthly website maintenance fee of $29.95 for something that doesnt do anything but take up space.

Since I cant seem to get any answers from Sean or anyone else from Genesis, I contacted the Attorney General to file a complaint. Ive also been in contact with a nice gentleman at a law firm, Roy @260-357-2872, that my husband told me about. He has worked to help me get the money back. Thank God for him and all he does. Bless his heart!!! I was able to get it back and it didnt take as long as I thought it would. Red tape with banks and all. Thank you Roy!

If you are thinking about dealing with Genesis Consulting Group.DONT!
