We rented a house from BCI properties in Tacoma, WA. They suck. They illegal charged us for sewer and illegal charged us for items I fixed. They took my wife's deposit and turned her over to collections. We always paid our rent on time. The house and yard was cleaner than it was when we moved in. I would never rent from BCI again. They tried to kill our dogs. They are evil people.
