Genesis Pure is a pyramid scheme, multi-level marketing company that signs people up with the intention of making money by signing even MORE people up with a product called Genesis Pure.

You get suckered by a person you otherwise trust and respect to go to a meeting, only to find it is a high powered effort to get you into a "managemetn chain".  Classic pyramid scheme using multi-level marketing-- which has been found to be an illegal scheme by most attorneys general around the US.

The problem is that even when you try to get away from them, they keep hanging onto your credit card and periodically charge your credit card, I guess in hopes you won't find out and the amounts too small to file a class action lawsuit.  Which is probably exactly what should happen to them.

After repeatedly calling and telling them to stop drafting on my credit card, I thought we had it behind us.  Until I found they had tried to sneak yet another charge onto my credit card.  I called the card company, had the charge contested, and had them put on a 'banned list' that can never charge my account ever again.  I called the company to complain, yet again, and they told me I had to fill out a multi-page form to keep them from charging my account unlawfully in the future.

Total scumbags.  AVOID Genesis Pure and their reps as though they had the plague-- because they DO - a plague on your credit card, a leech you will have a lot of trouble shaking off.

It is NOT a Pyramid....

AUTHOR: fourthnoel - ()

POSTED: Saturday, November 01, 2014

First of all, I am not a reseller of this product nor to I represent the company.  I do, however, use the products.  I use them because they are what they say they are....PURE.  These are organic, liquid based products that have changed the health of me and my family.  I would recommend the products to anyone I know and don't know.  I wouldn't recommend the business side.  It's just too hard to sell.

What it is not, is a pyramid scheme, as claimed by the original poster.  Defined, a pyramid scheme is an unsustainable business model that involves promising participants payment or services, primarily for enrolling other people into the scheme, rather than supplying any real investment or sale of products or services to the public.

Genesis Pure does provide products and like any direct sales company, they do compensate you for recruiting new customers/members.

So, to claim it to be a unlawful pyramid is as much misleading a comment as hearing you'll make millions selling the product. Like any direct sales company, if you put the time and work into it, you CAN make a good income.  I personally know people doing it.  But, you will not make it doing nothing.
