Genevieve Chan directs the communications department at St. Martin's University in Lacey, Washington. However, God help you if you actually need to communicate with her. While trying to receive more information on a job, and after interviewing for a job, I left multiple messages with Ms. Chan and did not hear anything back.

If she tells you that she will follow up after a job interview and let you know whether you made the cut or not, she likely won't. If you call or email her to follow up on the job yourself, you won't hear anything back. This not only speaks to Genevieve Chan's poor communication skills, it demonstrates that she's either incompetent or rude. It sort-of gives a dour impression of St Martin's University as well.
