Gentech LLC someone is using there name to get money I trust this company and dealing with them from more than one year SpringField Internet

I called Gentech LLC(Original one) almost a year ago , when I was not able to connect my epson printer to my wireless network. Benjamin was one of the technician there who took access on my computer and helped me to recognise the issues . Laterly he tried to sell me some security plans and some tech help. I took the tech help plan for one year to check the service. I called them many times and all the time I get positive response from them. they are realy helpful. Later one day, someone called me and said they are from gentech and my computer/network security is not working. they took access on my computer and tried to sell me the security plan that was way to high for one computer, laterlly they managed to convince me to buy the security for all my devices. I have given allmy information and was ready to buy securities but when they told me that they want money from western union, this is where i thought i should stop. i put that call on hold and called my son to verify whats going on, he told me about this scam. i called gentech llc to inform them about the whole scenario and they helped me to calm down and helped me to recover my data. i was so scared and was crying because I had all my late husband pics in my computer,then ashley helped me and assigned a technician. Gentech is good guys , perhaps someone using there name to scam people.
