3 to 5 months ago I purchase a 2 large format printer from this company. When I received it the first time it was damage sent it back for them to fix the issues. They said they fix it and they ship it back even I was ask to pay for additional shipping cost which I did. So they ship the item to my house in a box they built I guess to protect the printers. I was out of town training with the military, came home 3 months later to open the printers it was still damage as ever. I have contact the company numerous of time to get the issues fix but I'm getting the run around, even my phone calls is not been picked up. I need some help to fix the issues. I feel I have been robbed over $2000 and the printers is in no use.

Honestly it don't take any special person to know that the item was broken. First of all Owner of GENTECH apparently you wasn't brief everything. Yes the item was broken on the first shipment so do not say it's not. I send it back back for a reason. Stop contradicting yourself, you saying nothing was broken but again you mentioning you have to fix the printer, why fix the printer if there's nothing broken. I was called buy one of your staff and mention to me that what was broken shouldn't affect the printer that much and can be replace. So obviously something was broken, I didn't buy anything from the shipper nor do I even know the shippers so I can't with no shipper I never buy anything. I know I have 2 broken printers sitting in my garage with no use. This is the worse transaction I've ever done. I even ask for refund from the beginning once we notice the damage, but was denied by GENTECH via PayPal. On the next shipment I didn't open it because I was told everything fixed so I trusted the company. WE DID NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THE SHIPPING COMPANY NOR WE EVEN KNOW THE SHIPPING COMPANY. All payment was made to GENTECH and not to any shipping company.

Henry Provencal ordered two used plotters from us nine months ago (in January 2015). We finally agreed to ship the printers to his brother ACROSS THE COUNTRY & he paid the initial shipping. However, his brother does not know about plotters & refused the first shipment. He said he noticed that one of the boxes was damaged. So they shipped the plotters back across the country. We finally received the plotters back damaged even more than they originally were. Since the plotters still belonged to Henry, we asked what yhe wanted to do. He asked me to ship them back at my expense.

Of course, none of this was the fault of me or my company. He should have filed a frieght claim as I asked. The freight company refused to ship them back as part of the claim, & Henry was unwilling to pay the return shipping. He only paid $100 of the $350 that was required. So as a compromise, I agreed to pay the return shipping to him. PLUS, we repaired the plotters & took copious amounts of photos of the repairs & the crate that we built to protect the plotter..all of this at OUR expense. Henry refused to pay any more.

So in order to please this customer, we repaired the plotter, rebuilt the crate, & shipped it back to his brother at OUR expense (minus the $100 he agreed to pay).

We didnt hear anything back from henry for another 5 MONTHS! If he was on assignment for three months, then he didnt bother to open the package for two months.

He claims it was broken again by the freight company. The photos show some inconsequential damage that I was still willing to help with (before all these false claims). But the plotters work & were fully tested before shiping BOTH times. He was not responsible to live up to his end of the transaction & waited past the time to report damage with the frieght company.

His issue is with the freight company, not with Gentech! This was made VERY clear, but he is not willing to accept the fact that he was negligent to not report damage as required by the freight coimpany. The transaction is now 9 months old! There is nothing we can do to force the freight comapny to cover the damage they caused.
