I bought a pre-owned Mercedes Benz from them recently, and was deceived, lied to, and ignored when I complained about the car. The car arrived filithy dirty, wrecked, with 2 bald tires, 2 damaged wheels, scratched and paint chipped.
None of the above were present when I bought the car, but when they transported it to us, it arrived on a Saturday with 320 more miles on the car, without any license plates or a temporary tag on it. I couldn't drive the car until Monday when I had the car inspected, licensed and titled.
It cost over $2500 to repair the damage and replace the tires on the Mercedes Benz. Genuine Motor Cars refused to respond to my complaints. Avoid this shoddy business at all costs, or you'll be victimized like I was. I'll probably have to sue Genuine Motor Cars to recover my losses.
