We have recently purchased a time share from this company. After researching online I believe these people lied and STOLE our money! In the back of mind I new this was all to good to be true! We purchased this about week ago and I was wondering if anyone has any suggestions as to what I should do. This makes me so upset. I can not believe that these people can sleep at night. For all of you who work for these people, I hope this never happens to you. Your family and DEPENDANTS are the only ones who suffer. You are horrible people and remember you will be judged in the end!!

My husband sent the certified letter today and I am not to sure to what address. Before we agreed to buy the time share I asked the salesman how many days I had to cancel and he responded with 10. I honestly do not remember Pilot going over the 5 days. I spoke to Russel (Russ) and it was not to good. He told me I had 5 days and they go with what is on paper not "said". I was so upset I had a few choice words for him and I let it all out. I have not heard from him since!
I am not sure if I should seek legal advice???? I have lost sleep over this. Not knowing what my next step should be is the most upsetting to me. We are past the 5 days but today was the 10th day. We are hoping they will stick by their word (but I am not holding my breath).
I want to run their name down the drain and make then loose much more money than they have made off of any of us.

We were 'scammed' as well. I say 'scammed' in quotes since contract are always hard to get out of... and they walk a fine line on legal. When you sign... you say you understand everything in the contract.
BUT You have 5 days within signing the contract to cancel. Check your public statement book. The form should be the last page. Do not send it to the address on the form (that is an old address). Send it to the address on the contract.
I wont lie, I have been on the edge of my seat since the day we signed (March 17th)... and I have gone to their office (on the 18th) giving them a signed copy of EVERYTHING, as well as sending a packet via certified mail. I also sent a packet today (the 22nd.. which is the fifth day) certified mail and requesting a signature confirmation for it as well, and including a copy of the certified mail receipt from the first packet sent just in case. I have not read anything yet about anyone having a hard time when cancelling within the 5 days. It seems to be when you pass the five days that it becomes a problem
