Geoffrey Hall aka Standard Motor Group akaToken Auto Group scam thief con-artist cheat 1901 avenue of the stars, 2nd floor, Los Angeles, Nationwide

 I put my car on swapalease.com and was contacted by a company called Standard Motor Group and the owner that called me is Geoffrey Hall. Geoffrey Hall told me the car was going to be put on his lot outside of Beverly Hills, and all the movers and shakers of LA want a Range Rover, S-Class Benz or a 7 Series so he was confident he could find a qualified lessee for my car. He also said he would pay monthly payments to me for every month they have the car. After he received my car I kept asking him for my payment got my first payment on Feb 1 when they took my car on December 4th. When the check came it was from a company called Urban Carshare - when I looked that company up it was clear it's a car rental company. I then receive a parking ticket which showed me the car was parked on Sunset Blvd at 6pm. When I reached out to Geoff Hall he told me the car was not going on joyrides and it is being treated well. Then he told me his boss, William, is responsible for sending out the checks so I should reach out to him. I reached out to William thinking he was really Geoff''s boss only to find out he owns his own business and Geoff owns Standard Motor Group. After I confronted Geoff about this he told me he hasn't had possession of my car since December 14th. I then had to get an attorney involved who demanded the car back on February 23rd. I finally got my car back on March 6th and it was completely trashed. There was marijuana in the center console and armrest, the car smelled like marijuana really bad and there are several scratches on the car. My attorney received my car for me last night and told me geoff is coordinating shipping my car back tomorrow at 11am. Once I get it back I will have to see what to do to get it back in the condition it was when I sent it to this con man. It's a shame he doesn't have the brains and ability to earn enough money to buy a car like this on his own. I will post another update once I physically receive my car back. He racked up 5,000 miles on my car to top it off.
