Geogia Natural GAS ATLANTA PIPE LINES disconnected services, took payment, and told me it'll be 5 days b4 they reconnect.you cant talk to anyone directly and i believe they are ripping me off and then they charged 60 fee atlanta, Georgia

I am outraged with georgia natural gas.they dissconnected my gas today, i imediately paid the bill only to hear that it's not only a 60 dollar reconnect fee and they wont be able to cut it back on until 5 days from now.they were very inconsiderate of the fact that i have 4 small children in the home with no hot water and I CANT COOK... they basically said oh well we got our money now you pay the fee's and well get around to when ever they can.Not to mention they are over-charging me based on what the family before me used at this residence how can that tell you what i use?. They are neglaiant and they taking our money every month WITh no respect for the customer.i admit it's my fault for not paying the bill on time but is it right to be penalized twice charged 60 bucks to come back and to have my family suffer for the next 5 days.. AND the customer service was RUDE her name was STEPhIE #16086 SUPPOSELY A MANAGER didnt provide wit any help she told me if i dont have anyone with medical illness that would require them to have gas that basically i'm screwed. So i go to my kids dr. office and they are closed.IT'S NOT RIGHT for them to keep getting away with treating costumers this way.

How long did you wait after they notified you your gas would be turned off until you got around to paying your bill?
You waited until they actually DID turn it off before paying and you want instant service.
