I disagree with the first comment george has been my lawyer for about 6 years Hes helped my familiy and me threw hard times and always did the best he could Never promiseing me anything but hard work and dedication I am shocked seeing the first statment because he is an honest And understanding lawyer my first case I was 13 with a home invasion 2nd degree he got me 6 months probatione and no juvie time 5 months Down the line I violated with 1.assualt with great bodily harm and 2.Assualt and battery he with no promises he had number one dismised And number 2 with another 6 months no juvie time after that I violated and left Mi with sevral home invasions and armed robberys I got caught in fl For home 1. Home invasion first degree with people inside and

2. Carrying consealed weapon with intent to rob. I got extradited to Michigan Faceing charges he gave me free legal advice but I had Appointed attorney becuase I new I was faceing prison time after 2 and a half years while I was suppous to do minimum 3\no review I was under hyta with my cases in mi so goerge had scheduled a review my brother also under hyta was Released from prison because of good behavior george was his lawyer While I was sent back for 14 major tickets few examples (3 assualts on an inmates 2 substance abuses withh Intent to sell) I had no review and had too do my full time george once agian set up a review 90 days I caughr another assualt but was relased because of his opionion of me and had a year parole Wich I successfully passed my whole familiy and all friends use him there where times I couldnt affored a lawyer but he looked out for me and never brought up the money I payed him when I could over all george birch is one of the best Lawyers that anyone would be lucky too have any questions regarding my comment contact me at (((REDACTED)))

Georege Birch has been my attorney for over 20 years. He has been honest, trustworthy and knowledgeable. I have referred George to friends ans associates many times over the years and have received nothing but positive feedback ang thanks.

George Birch is my attorney and I will continue to reccomend his services with out hesitation.

Below,you will read "rebuttals" to my report. Except for the first one("sour grapes"), it appears George got a couple people straight from the Jerry Springer Show audience to make some juvenile comments about me and my case. Real classy George and oh so effective!

I don't know who this character is that had a problem with Mr. Birch but he is way out of line. Mr. Birch has been my lawyer for 20 years. He has represented me 5 times and everything he said he could and would do for me was done. There has never been any problems. He always had my best interest in mind. I would never think of retaining any other lawyer. There is always going to be some jerk that's not happy, and then make a fool out of himself but trying to reck someone elses life. Shame on you!I would recommend Mr. George Birch to anyone!

I was surprised to hear about this complaint, because I have been a client of George Birch, Atorney At Law, and was treated with the utmost respect and promptness. He represented my daughter for something and was very knowledgable and thorough in his investigation. He left no stone unturned and he went out of his way to look things up and was very attentive in relaying information and answering questions.

I then relied on his input and action for another situation regarding a dangerous animal at large after 4 years of this animal entering my yard and vicsously attacking my pets. I was not getting any results from the City or the police department and contacted Mr. Birch again. Within days I had a court date and a privacy fence was ordered up (paid for by the defendant) and was reimbursed the $700.00 in vet bills for the injuries to my pet. Mr. Birch went out of his way for me as a client and was truly a professional and very fair in his fees.

He delivered exactly what he promised while keeping me informed of limitations and possible unforseen outcomes. After all, no one individual can control all the outside influences in any given situation. But Mr. Birch earned my trust by my experience with him as a lawyer. I would not hesitate to contact him if the need arises in the future. In fact, he'd be the first attorney I'd call...

In my opinion, George Birch is a very respectful attorney. I too used him as my lawyer to regain my driving privileges, and he informed me of the process and what I needed to do in order to get my license back. Attending AA is mandatory for many in the State of Michigan who wish to regain their driver's license. This individual who complains about George Birch did the one thing that would hurt his chances the most. Even if he did attend AA, this person still needs to realize that George Birch can only go so far in getting a client's license back. To think that a lawyer's fee guarantees your desired result is foolish... George Birch informed me of the process and prepared my case for the DLAD. He accompanied me to the hearing. He did an *excellent* job for me and I'm sure that he has for many, many others too...
