George Bloom the managing member and President of Finance Solutions of America LLC is a dishonest crook. They took my money for a shelf corporation with funding for a project I have and said they could have everything done in 12 weeks tops. It has now been 6 months and now George's cell phone is disconnected and they "NEVER" contact their so called "clients" back.
They also claim to have a "A" rating with the better business bureau. The BBB is bull sh*t and has no merit.
If anyone has worked with George Bloom at Finance Solutions of Amercia LLC reply to this thread. I have already filed with the authorities in my state and his reign of taking people's hard earned money and running are over.

I saw the negative comments here before I hired this company. I also called the Better Business Bureau and got a completely different story on this company.
I hired them in Oct. to obtain financing and within thirty days I closed on a half million + corporate financing that they arranged.
There is not a thing wrong with this company. I will use them again and have referred them to several friends looking for financing.

Michael Vouvounas has been ripped off by George Bloom. Mark from Allen,Tx has been ripped off and many more. I have been in contact with all Finance Solutions of America clients.
George why haven't you contacted me??? I am part of your "73" client list I hope as I have given you $6500. I am keeping my name absent because of the legal process I am filing against you.
The Constable/Process Server tried to serve you on the suit I filed against you but like a coward you refused to meet him.

This person is apparently a disgruntled former client, however, without any identification or contact information it is impossible for us to know who it may be.
Using the name "Joe Smith" obviously phony, this person has lodged some very serious charges against me and the company I work for.
By way of background, our company has been in business since 2007 in Florida, properly registered with no disciplinary actions of any kind.
We are an accredited member of the Better Business Bureau and enjoy an A- rating, one of the highest.
This person characterizes the BBB as "bull sh*t" and that it "has no merit" which only displays his lack of professionalism or even a basic understanding of the BBB itself.
Our telephone numbers have never changed. It is true that I personally changed cell service recently, however before doing so I communicated with all seventy three people in my telephone address book and tried to inform every single person who would call my former number regularly. Notwithstanding that, anyone can call our office numbr and request a call back if I am not available. Our numbers are published on our documentation as well as on our website: www.finsolamerica.com
If this accuser were not so cowardly, they would confront us directly instead of registering phony complaints on this anonymous website. After all, I can register complaints here against any one I choose. I do not have to provide any proof or evidence. They simply post whatever anyone puts on here.
I invite this accuser to pursue more professional means of airing his grievances.
