My name is Vann Sellers. Nekia Jones sent a $400.00 deposit for a vacation rental home to George. We cancelled in enough time to receive our funds back. It has been two weeks and we are not able to contact him with the phone numbers he provided. He told us that he sent the payment back on Friday 6/9/17. As of today, 6/19/17 we have not received anything and we have no way of contacting him with the phone numbers he has provided. I would like to press charges on this guy for stealing our money. I called the company that he works for and they informed me that he does not work for them any longer but he is still doing business under CVH homes name. How can I get my money back and press charges on the guy? We are from Jacksonville, FL
