Georgi Ekimov Fraud, Identity Theft, No Computer Programming Knowledge, Downloaded Sadistic Pornography on my PC Medford New Jersey

I contacted Mr Georgi Ekimov from Webxiom, after searching the local area for moderately priced web design services, as I has just begun an online bakery/delivery service. At first, he seemed very friendly, offering advice on the site's design and SEO marketing (which I know nothing about) and even offered to repair my glitchy computer I had for years now. I paid Mr Ekimov $1250 to begin the design process and the first week went fine, with him asking my input and him generally (as it seemed) working on the overall site. After a few days I asked to see what he had so far accomplished and was told I couldn't as he was busy with other customers, but he would set time aside for a review.

This never happened... Instead, the following week I was asked for an additional $1250 for a "plug-in" that he stated was "required" for my website, along with another $700 for design fees. Reluctantly, I paid, as I assumed he knew much better than myself, and once again asked if we could make some time to sit down and review his progress (I had some new ideas as well), to which he replied he would make time the following week. I also asked if he could also quickly repair my glitchy computer that he had promised (and taken from me prior) and was promised it would be brought to the review meeting. As I was waiting for this meeting, I was contacted by my credit card company who asked if I had recently been to Eastern Europe. Upon informing them that I have never even left the USA, I found $4000 in charges to Bulgarian retail clothing sites had been placed on my card. After fighting with the company and repeating that I don't even have a passport, it dawned on me that it was the same card I had let Mr Ekimov use for his "plug-in" purchases! And guess what? It was almost immediately after he had used the card for the "plug-in" that these charges began! After confronting Mr Ekimov about the fraudulent charges at our next meeting, he stated that he had done nothing and that it must have been from "malware" that he cleaned off of my glitchy computer he supposedly fixed. When I asked why the charges would be in Eastern Europe, as he is coincidentially Eastern European, he simply stated that that is where most "malware" comes from. He gave me back my glitchy laptop and told me it should be fine now, but I owed him $300. He said we would meet again in 2 days to discuss the site, as that was the original purpose of this meeting! That night, lying in bed, using my newly "unglitched" laptop, I came across a new file folder, written in some language, named: млад тийнейджър дяволите Guess what that means in English? "Young Teen F*ck Fest" and, yes, they were very, very young. I have since been unable to reach Mr Ekimov and have notified the authorities. DO NOT EVER use this Georgi Ekimov (fake name?) or Webxiom for any reason EVER! He is a fraud and obviously a pedophille!
