I was terminated from my job 6/2016. Denied unemployment. Appealed decision and won. Received 14 wks at 330 a wk. Have not worked anywhere since 6/2016. Company appealed decision after i won. This time company won their appeal because witness lied on me. Ga dept of Labor wrote in Feb saying i got 2 pay money back Money has been spent, i told them i am waitin 2 hear from ssi for my disability. Just received my disability Ga dept of Labor wants me to pay $267 a mo. Cant afford it. Offer to pay 25-50 a month. They dont want it. I didn't cheat or lie, i won and they sent it to me.

But it is very likely you are going to owe the money at their terms. If the decision was still in appeals it could go against you, and you will find that in the paperwork there was something that basically states that any money you receive would have to be paid back in this case.
As for the payments. You had approximatly $4620 in Unemployement that you now need to return. Even at $50/month with no interest you are looking at almost 8 years to pay it back..for funds you took over 14 weeks. That is unrealistic and they are not going to let it ride for that long.
You may want to see if they can adjust your repayment based on income(unless the $267 is that amount). If that doesn't work you may want to look into a Legal Aid to see if there is an attorney who specializes in this area that could help you.
