Georgia Mugshots scroll a database of arrested individuals. This is against our rights "innocent Until Proven Guilty” Although the arrest was made and published they do not list any contact information to send in documentation that it was indeed a false arrest or has been dismissed. Instead they list a payment center for removal. This is a form of extortion and should not be tolerated. When paying another pops up and is a sister company who continues to charge to remove the same report. If the people are found innocent or the case has been dismissed they should be obligated to remove this information.
