Purchased a Harry Potter 8 disc collection two weeks ago yesterday. Received an e-mail saying it was in "processing" and have not heard from them since or received an item. Tried e-mailing them and using the support ticket system to no avail. They have an online chat support which has been down since yesterday. Disputing the charge now with my credit card company after reading about others with the same issue.
