Geovera Insurance Company overvaluing property Fairfield, California

Geovera offers earthquake insurance that overvalues property. My home is valued at $391K by the County, and $418K by Farmers Insurance. Geovera values my home at $626K, which is 60% more than reality! Geovera's overvaluation results in a deductible of $93,900. If an earthquake destroys my property, my deductible will be 24% of the cost to rebuild. That makes Geovera's insurance a ripoff.

I wrote Geovera twice, and provided them the valuations from the County and Farmers. Geovera never replied, and refused to provide me answers via telephone. Geovera is the most arrogant bunch in the insurance business! I prorated the policy premium down to provide $400K of coverage, and sent them a check. I am looking for another insurance company now. Geovera is a fraud in action.
