Gerald E. Moore & Assoc. Gerald E Moore stole from me Marietta Georgia

I had an account with MBNA which went o collections through Capital Managment services. I had a set amount to pay every month and things were going well. They talked with me and helpes me set an affordable amount to pay each month. In mid April I got a call from Gerald E. Moore & Assoc. saying that they had bought my account at that time I asked them if we could work out the same deal that I had with Capital Managment Services. I was paying $125.00 twice a month. They said that this was fine and I gave them my checking account number. It is now the end of April and I ended up having a $125.00 deduction from my account and a $132.50 deduction from my account. The 132.50 had gone to Gerlad E. Moore and the $125 went to Capuital Managment Services. I called both companies and thanks to Capital Managment finally figured out what was going on. My account had left Capital Managment for 72 hours before they could pull it back. Which is when Gerald E Moore contacted me. However Gerald E. Moore no longer has my account and yet they wont help me at all in getting my money back. They did not even have my account when they drafted my money. The manager told me "I am not inclined to give you that information" when i asked him my account number and then he said "good luck getting your money back". The Georgia State Ethics Bar has a toll free number that you can call to report things like this 1-800-334-6865. I will be calling first thing in the morning and will let you know how it goes
