Gerald Patrick Ramdeen put himself in this situation.  GPR is a liar, thief, and not a private equity fund manager.  GPR, Darnell Rick Hayes, and Ambassador Andrew Young issued press releases and other fictious statements about the creation of a $650M private equity fund.  This statement was made public at the Clinton Global Initiative in New York in 2009.  They used this platform, and Ambassador Young, as their entree into the private equity world.  They used the Atlanta offices of Good Works International to lure clients into believing that a fund did exist.  They engaged clients, which included $50-100,000 retainers, and said the fee was fully refundable pending due diligence.  No due diligence was ever performed, no discovery reports were issued to clients, and most importantly, no investments were executed.  To this day, GPR and his team are still operating without impunity.  This fraudulent activity, which operates like a ponzi scheme, must come to an end.  Federal law enforcement needs to be alerted and a formal investigation needs to take place.
