Gerald Toliver is a fraud, liar and a cheat. He opens businesses left and right, gets money from partners, then bails. He does not pay commissions, and does not return phone calls. PLEASE DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS PERSON OR HIS COMPANIES!! He has had several mortgage loan companies, a carpet cleaning company, a notary signing company, a trucking company, etc.

This person needs to be brought to justice, needs to pay his debts, and needs to pay for the crimes he has been committing. We can't let more people be ripped off by this guy.
