Gerard Besaw, Brokerage Cleaning Consortium Inc. SCAM: Avoid all business dealings with Gerard Besaw and his associates Edmonton, Toronto, Calgary Canada

I invested over $12,000.00 in Contract Cleaning Consortium, Inc. in the late 90's / early 00's. This company was owned and operated by Gerard Besaw, and seemed like a legitimate business venture. He promised dividend payments, which never came. When my Mother, who had invested even more of her life savings than I, wanted to withdraw her funds, Gerard promised to pay her back in installments. His cheques all bounced. Gerard left the province, the company disappeared, and I heard he started up another company in eastern Canada, scamming others.

BEWARE of this man. He comes under the guise of an ethically-minded Catholic businessman, and he targests Catholics, especially those who are older and who have some life savings. He covers his tracks completely. There were dozens of others, some who lost tens, or hundreds of thousand dollars to him. Most of them are Catholic and wanted to simply dismiss the incident as a lesson learned rather than attempt legal action against him.

We gave him endless chances to redeem himself, and numerous times he promised repayment of funds, but they would never come, he stopped responding to letters, and would completely deny any ill-accusation against himself.

If I can do anything through this letter, is to warn you to please spread his name to any and all people in your family/friend circle, to avoid him at all costs and refrain from any business dealings with him or any of his associates.
