Our company, located in the middle east, has been dealing with a company in Germany for about 2 years now. During the two years we have recieved many emails from this person Gerhard H. Krieg, to the point where we hired a lawyer to investigate his claims. He had claimed that he is the owner of certain patents and technologies. After the lawyer conducted an investigation, it turned out that this Gerhard H. Krieg was fabricating eveything he was claiming in an attempt to take the business away from the company we were dealing with and divert it to a company where he will recieve commission. He is a waste of time and money to anyone who even entertains hie outrageous claims. At the end of the day, if he really did have any claims, well the courts are there for such things, why is this individual wasting his time in emails etc.
To anyone contacted by this person "do not deal with him" he only tries to steal deals by making outrageous claims against other individuals/companies and always climing that everything belongs to him.

Mr. Abdul Oliver from the United Arab Emirates and Ontario its the alias name of the German Citizen Mr. Felix Eugen Assfalg. Mr Assfalg still working now for Adelman Umwelt GmbH (International Sales Manager) Germany. Mr Assfalg its a real big debtor, swindler and liar to me and a lot of other indivudal serious national and international person's and companies. He takes so much money and others and gave back only big debt and damages.
Im the patent owner of DE 197 11 050 and other US and Euopean patents too. If you dont believe my written words here, check the online - patent offices, please.
The whole technical Know-how of Spreerelast AG, my first own project and factory in 1997 was under strong confidential agreement with Krupp UHde and Hosokawa till Aug. 29th 2007. Mr Assfalg and his criminal helpers are under strong supicion to use our Know-how illegal and criminal in 2006 for other international projects. I have proof's Notary contracts include the signature of Mr. Assfalg. I know that the prosecutor office in Hagen Germany has a new investigation file (fraud) against him.
In additional, start an request to a German Lawyer office and asking - how many times was Mr Assfalg guilty of criminal bankruptcy and others by the German court, please.
