Germantown moving and storage Moving company defrauds consumers Rockville Maryland

 Signed a contract with Germantown moving on march 17. Contract stated 3 men and a 24 foot truck. Start at 8 am. On moving date came with only 2 men at 12 pm. Proceeded to muddy carpets and entire house. When asked whether they would protect floors and why only 2 men. They stated they do not protect floors and was told only 2 men were needed. Contract I have clearly stated 3 men. They looked at my furniture and then said they can't do the move and left. Took a day off, charged $200 deposit and trashed my carpets. This company should not be able to do business in Maryland. All reviews are high and my strong feeling is that they are fake. This company is defrauding consumers. I am now left with no moving company and days taken off work. I signed the contract a month before the move and expected them to honor the contract.
