Gerry Wurtzel, USA Liberty Mortgage, steals commissions fromm his employees... acting as Branch Manager, he dictates what commissions are to be paid and what is deducted from those commissions.. he has even gone as far as to rewrite a Mortgage Loan so he didn't have to pay the commissions due to the Loan Officer that generated the loan...

His personal business practices include...
trying to convince appraisers to over appraise properties.. and trying to get building inspectors to lie about the condition of properties.. Both of these practices are very detrimental homeowners who are unknowingly buying over appraised properties and properties that are not in the conditions that they are reported in to their lenders...

Another common practice Mr Wurtzel has, and is continuing, is to NOT advise his Loan Applicants of the Additional Interest he adds to the loan that increases their payments and of course, his commission...
