I agree with the other reporter, the same happened to me.
I had seen the ad before and there is always a catch to get the "but wait, there's more".
I was expecting to pay $10.99 plus $6.99 = $17.98 and I would receive 2 cafe cups a red and a black one plus one scoop. Those shown in the picture or on tv is apparently NOT what you get.
I could order a second set for the shipping and handling fee of $6.99 which should bring my total to $24.97
You did not get a chance to review your order and you did not see how much it would be except in the advertisement. The next screen told you you need to upgrade for $9.99 each order to get the screen in the order. Say NO, next screen takes it down to $7.99 say NO then it shows you a total over $47.00 I tried to call and only got a recorded message finially heard them say www.cafecuporderstatus.com to check order. NO such thing. Phone said call back... I AM IN PERPETUAL LIMBO OF THIS RIP OFF COMPANY.
STICK WITH KEURIG PRODUCTS ONLY.......
