get cats meow deceptive payment process Internet

 I ordered the cats meow toy advertised with the buy one, get one free offer and expected to be charged 19.99 plus 7.99 p&h, like the ad said.  somehow , i got charged $91+  there was no way to go back and see how they did this. i emailed them immediately with the order and told them their was a problem and to cancel my order.  they did not.  i checked the internet and they r doing this to lots!! of people.  can't the better business bureau or attorney generals office do something about these criminals!!
