I feel compelled to issue a warning to all those out there.  I represent an individual who, like many individuals we have found, was lured into this service through a dating site (match.com).  We have requested a refund with no compliance.  She is ready to go proceed with criminal and civil charges, including internet fraud.  I list this in the hopes that others will avoid this individual and his associated operation. 

He has two associated DBAs that include:  Fitness One and Get Fit.

He has an extensive list of arrests (6 that we have found at present), including sexual battery, felony fraud in 1993.   As a public service, you may find this information at:  http://www.hcso.tampa.fl.us/PublicInquiry/ArrestInquiry

He has 3 different aliases with two separate birthdates, but its the same person in each mug shot.  These aliases include:  EJ WILLIAMS; JAMES E WILLIAMS; JAMES ELBERT WILLIAMS.  The birth dates include 11/22/1971 and 11/02/1971.

An easier search is done through the Hillsborough County Clerk website at:  http://publicrecord.hillsclerk.com/oridev/criminal_pack.ins

Search by Case Number Search and enter case 93-CF-010944.  That is his oldest recorded case in criminal court.  Once you open that case, you can hit on DISPLAY SEARCHED CASES BY PERSONAL ID.  That will display all cases against him, the most recent in May of 2010.  As a reference, his PERSONAL ID that links all criminal cases with him regardless of alias and DOB is:  000154358.

As shown, he is also involved in some family law cases (with a separate personal id) for domestic violence and civil restraint orders.

This man should not be trusted in any way.  Based on his arrest record, he has a fraudulent and violent past, which he is obviously carrying over to the present.
