getitnowdvd.com ABC productions, getitnowdvd getitnowdvd ruined a Christmas gift that was ordered almost 2 months in advance and STILL havent recieved DVDs or refund! SCAM!! highland, Indiana

I ordered the Rawhide series for my dad for a Christmas present on November 6th 2009. It was ordered through the getitnowdvd.com website but my paypal account shows ABC production as the merchant and debited the payment of $100.45. North Fork Memorabilia was also listed somewhere in the mix.

The beginning of December I started wondering where my package was and started calling their phone number and left several voice mails with no return phone calls. December 8th, I sent an email stating that I have left several voice mails with no return call and wanted to know where my package was!

Finally, I received an email stating that my package was on the way... I thought I was out of the woods...

Well, they sent my package to a different town after I provided them with a CONFIRMED address. The package went MIA for awhile and I got no help from them tracking it down. 2 weeks later the package is back in their hands.  After several more unreturned calls and e-mails, they decide to email me and ask me "what I would like to do because they are not responsible for my mail going to the wrong address" (although it was THEM who put the wrong address on the package... how did they just so happen to make up a different city anyhow?)

Anyhow, here it is 2 months later... still no package and still no refund.  After reading all the other reports about them on here about bad quality or blank DVD's, I don't want the merchandise anymore! I just want my money back! As of now, it hasn't happened and they don't seem to care considering they haven't contacted me. 

Buyer beware!! Wish I would have checked this website first so I wouldn't have to deal with these scam artists!

Bravo scammers! You just got one over on a single mother, full time nursing student who is already broke as a joke because I'm trying to better myself!! Your day will come! :)
