Complaint Review: getmed360.com
getmed360.com AIM Crafty at selling insurance coupons as major medical, Internet
I can barely make it to the next month. I just spent all morning trying t get a person on the phone, but the number they gave me only says to leave a message. Their website says to cancel like this: How does a member cancel their plan if it does not fit their needs? The cancellation must be in writing and sent by fax or email. Cancellations can be faxed to 516-495-7195 or emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org. It is the members responsibility to make sure the email or fax was received. I don't know how I'm supposed to make sure the email or fax was received when they won't answer calls.
